Common law of obligations
The term law of obligations simply means law of contracts. Without paying to much attention to it we regularly close contracts. So is buying a ticket for a bus ride a contract between the transportation company and yourself.
Social security law
Social security law arranges, as part of the administrative law, the rights and obligations of all those who play a role in the social security system. I.e. employers, employees, unemployed, incapacitated, elderly and self-employed.

Definition of rent law (art. 7:201 B.W.): Rent is the obligation in which one party, the letter, obligates himself towards the other party, the tenant, to give an object or part of an object is use and the tenant obligates himself to do something in return.

Family law is that part of civic law that arranges marriages, divorces, birth, custody and descent and all other matters considering family relations..

All judicial rules and laws which are related to the labour relationship between employers and employees in the private as well in the public sector fall are called labour law.
